Welcome to Manta

Manta
We were appointed by property guru,
John McGrath of McGrath Real Estate Agents to assist with the branding and marketing of Manta – a brand new residential development in coastal Wollongong, aimed primarily at young couples and empty nesters.

Carefully art directed photography coupled with a hand written text style, presented a very fresh, personable and emotive brand image that perfectly captured the relaxed contemporary living available on the NSW coast. Everything from identity, brochures, website and advertising through to signage and 30sec TVC were created.

Wilson on the wharf

Wilson are an independent project management specialist offering a ‘different approach’ to commercial project management. Avoiding the typical bluster and bravado of their industry, they offer a more calm and professional approach.

As part of the wider brand identity roll-out, THERE was asked for our expertise in branding environments for their new harbourside offices. Central to our response was the creation of an emotive and engaging graphic feature wall running the entire length of the studio, accompanied by on-screen animations and entrance signage for the office reception. Sweet Dreams

MLC Fashion Photography Exhibition
Last week saw the opening of this annual show of the finest fashion photography talent in the country. For this years exhibition we based our campaign around a stunning image by Georges Antoni and created a suite of elements to support the show and help promote it’s worthy cause with all proceeds from the sale of the prints going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Sex in the City

MLC Centre Ad Campaign
Out on the streets and in all the right magazines, can be seen the recently launched annual brand campaign for Sydney’s premier fashion retail destination. This years campaign, our fourth for MLC Centre, focuses on positioning the centre as a ‘hidden gem’ in the heart of the buzzing CBD. We worked closely with celebrated international fashion photographer James Cant in capturing these beautiful images set against the dramatic backdrop of the highly recognisable architectural curves of Harry Seidler’s MLC Centre building. The integrated campaign needed to be easily extendable for a range of different promotions.

Some ‘behind the scenes’ images of the James Cant photoshoot can be seen here.

Packing a New Punch

Icehouse Rebrand & Website
Well established international print & sampling firm Icehouse™ needed a brand make-over to help better attract their creative design audience. The brand refresh has started with the creation of a more contemporary mark and a dynamic new website. Carefully art directed photography gives a ‘behind the scenes’ feel that helps demonstrate Icehouse’s personable approach to business and dedication to its craft.

Fashion Goes Live

MLC Centre Website Update
As part of our ongoing brand management of the MLC Centre in Sydney, we are pleased to announce the go-live of an evolved MLC website which incorporates the premier retail destination’s main brand campaign imagery which we created for the season.

Fashion: Behind the Scene

MLC Centre Campaign 09 Photoshoot
Here’s a sneak peak behind the scenes of a recent photoshoot with art direction by Simon Hancock with renown fashion photographer James Cant for the new MLC Centre Brand Campaign. The new look advertising campaign will launch in early September.

A Fashionable Cause

MLC Fashion Photography Exhibition
We all attended the opening of this fantastic annual show last night, showcasing some of the finest fashion photography talent in the country. THERE branded the event and created all the promotional items needed with all proceeds from the sale of the prints going to a worthy cause, the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Studios with a twist

Minton House
Baz Luhrmann used to work there. So did Jon Pawson of Tropfest fame. We picked
up on this rich cultural and filmic history with an eccentric and flamboyant
campaign for a unique commercial development slap bang in the middle of
colorful Kings Cross.
