CareerTrackers is a national not-for-profit organisation that works with Indigenous university students and private sector companies to create career pathways through a structured internship program. They recruit students and companies to create matches that fulfill the career objectives of students and the cultural diversity goals of sponsoring companies.

THERE created the culturally sensitive CareerTrackers brand to achieve instant recognition and visual cut-through in the marketplace.

The outcome is a thriving business that has tripled in size and grown from placing 50 students in its first year, to 700 students within three years.
