Commissioned by AMP Capital Group and partnering with CBRE Leasing, we created branded marketing material for the leasing of over 7,385sqm A-grade commercial tower space which included a number of contiguous floors.
Through the creation of custom typography – inspired by the buildings' sail-like form, carefully art directed photography and crafted copywriting, a range of visually engaging lease marketing collateral was developed.
We focused on the ‘openness’ of the building in relationship to the city and surrounds, the contiguous floorspace and the 270˚ views from the grade A tower.
