Ontera approached THERE with a simple challenge – take a manufacturing led business and turn it into a brand led sales and marketing machine, shifting perceptions of carpet tiles from a bland mandatory into an opportunity for creativity and flair.

Following a comprehensive brand audit and strategy undertaken by THERE, an overarching strategic blueprint for the brand was created, from which we developed the positioning statement
‘A Step Ahead’ that reflected Ontera’s category leading manufacturing, design and sustainability credentials.

The existing mark and branding was completely overhauled, creating a rich and flexible visual brand language. Over the following years, we’ve extended the brand to a number of touchpoints including brochures, websites, product selectors and trade shows.
